Focus on Service - Quality
All Intertek Moody personnel, whether salaried staff or contracted, are required to undertake Service Charter training, focusing on clients' needs, encompassing service quality, timeliness and professionalism. Whilst varying in content, the service charter training ensures that both the technical specialists and coordination resources work as a team aligning the expectations of the client and Intertek Moody.
Technical Specialist Competency
Through the establishment of clear and concise technical disciplines, Intertek Moody is able to assign the most suitable qualified Technical Specialists to suit clients' particular needs. All of Intertek Moody's Technical Specialists are required to undertake Discipline Validation Assessments (DVA's) to prove their knowledge and experience of each discipline awarded, in addition to maintaining their equivalent national and international certifications. Periodic re-assessments are conducted in order to ensure ongoing and updated discipline knowledge.
Speed of Delivery
Using Intertek Moody's unique global workflow and resource management system, specifically developed to reflect clients' operational practices, structure and process for the whole bandwidth of operations, Intertek Moody is able to efficiently manage all contracts. Such contracts can be local assignments in countries or global contracts involving multiple offices and services. The workflow system ensures the timely allocation of Technical Inspection resources, issue of assignment instructions, receipt of activity (inspection, expediting, auditing or management) reports and subsequently processing the report delivery to the client.
Client Portal: Intertek Moody developed its in-house workflow management system called EVOLUTION which offers an enhanced method of controlling multiple service contracts, all Intertek Moody Technical Specialist reports, itinerary scheduling, contract related documentation and specifications (which can be externally accessed) giving clients real time access to job status, current activity and reporting of results by the company's technical specialists and clients.
Intertek Moody is constantly working towards the development of further innovative solutions to enhance its workflow management system, in particular to provide enhanced reporting functions and improved levels of quality.
