Project: Quality, Environment, Health & Safety within the Czech Republic
Client: TNT Worldwide Express
Services: Located in the centre of Europe, TNT activities include air freight, rail and road transportation as well as all storage facilities within the country. Intertek Moody provides Quality, Environment, as well as Health & Safety for all TNT activities within the Czech Republic. This shows effective development of a range of schemes that can be integrated, saving time and cost but providing all benefits.

Project: Quality - Environmental - Occupational Health and Safety : management system certification & training services for these standards.
Client: TENOVA S.p.A.
Scope of Certification: Design, production, installation of machines and equipment for rubber and plastic industry and machines for calibers adjustment.
Design, manufacture and commissioning for goods handling systems, strip processing lines, industrial furnaces, melt shops, glass plants, construction work concerning system installation and relevant plant engineering and of roll grinders and roll shop ancillaries for flat rolling mills as well as grinders and special equipments for heavy industries.
BU STM Technologies - Design, manufacture and commissioning for melt rock wool, flat and bending glass, fiberglass.
BU Takraf Italy - Design, manufacture and commissioning of system for materials handling and building works inherent a systems and plant design.

Signature Project 3:
Project: Intertek Moody selected as Preferred Certification Body
Client: The Royal Malaysian Police
Services: The Royal Malaysian Police commemorated their 201st anniversary with a new motto 'Firm, Fair and Courteous' coupled with a new badge 'Integrity is Our Practice'. This speaks of the determination of the local police to reflect the current needs of Malaysians to enforce and maintain law and order and to prevent crime in Malaysia.
The changes and reforms that have been introduced clearly reflect the commitment shown by the top and senior management officers led by the Inspector General of Police. All are working toward a "World-class" force and organization which emphasizes professionalism and integrity in line with the long term goal of Malaysia's quest to be a mature and fully developed nation.
Currently the police force now has about 90,000 personnel which creates a ratio of 1 police officer to every 385 residents compared with the international police ratio of 1 to 250. It is reported that an additional 60,000 police personnel will be recruited over the next few years to ensure the effective monitoring of public order and prevention of crime.
In this regard, the police training colleges and academies, which play an important role in the new and continual development of personnel competency and skills, have also implemented the ISO Quality Management System to measure up with the competency needs of the force. The changes will involve infrastructure upgrades and expansion to enable enhancement in the quality of policing. Toward this goal, Intertek Moody Certification Malaysia is honored to be part of the ongoing change process and to be able to provide independent assessment of the progress and measurements put in place over the audit certification cycles.

Since winning the tender for the 4-year contract, Intertek Moody has launched the certification process for:
- Subway Line 13 (ISO 9001)
- Subway Line 11 (ISO 14001)
- Documentary Department (ISO 9001)
- Facility Management Department (ISO 9001)
Intertek Moody is expecting the client's approval to start:

- 2 Subway Maintenances Workshops (ISO 14001)
