1911 - Moody Engineering founded in the USA
1948 - First international office opened in Japan
1971 - Moody International is adopted as the name for the Group
1986 - First Middle East office opened in the United Arab Emirates
1993 - Expansion into China with first office in Xian
1994 - The Moody Group begins services in Management System Certification
1996 - Moody office opened in Baku, Azerbaijan
2003 - Moody opens first office in Kazakhstan
2007 - Investcorp acquires Moody International and Randy Smith Training Solutions is acquired by Moody
2008 - Second year in a row Moody is one of top 100 private equity-backed mid-market companies
2009 - Moody International acquired The Enterprise Development Network (EDN) (Consulting & Training) and PetroSpect Inspection Services (In-Service Inspection)
2011 - Moody International Celebrates 100th Anniversary
