Profitability of Atyrau Refinery for 1st quarter amounts 8,244 mlrd tenge

02-August-2007:  ”Atyrau NPZ”(Atyrau Refinery) LLC made profits in amount of 8.244 mlrd tenge for the 1st quarter, that is, for 3,5 mlrd tenge more than supposed”, - claimed director general of “Trade house “KazMunaiGaz” JSC Tolegen Bozjanov at the evaluation session of “KazMunaiGaz” JSC for the 1st quarter of 2007, held on the 2nd of August in Astana, says Kazinform.

Profits from the basic activity actually amounts to 6 mlrd tenge, having been planned for 4.5 mlrd tenge, that is, performance for 132%. Such benefit was earned due to realization of production wastes of purchased oil of last period, performance of black oil processing and compounding services, - informed Bozjanov T.

In the claims of the company representatives, there is said, that ANPZ is one of the first among the organizations, which was certified by the international bodies of certification of MOODY INTERNATIONAL CERTIFICATION LTD. The Enterprise has obtained certificates on management system of professional safety and labor protection, meeting requirements of the OHSAS 18001:1999 specification and Ecological management system- ISO 14001:2004 standard requirements.

In addition to this, as results of Republican community control for HSE and labor protection, “Atyrau Refinery” (ANPZ) was recognized as the best enterprise.

According to the company records, in the frame of Ecological safety measurements the water use from Ural river for the 1st quarter of 2007 was reduced, in comparison with analogical period of the year 2006, down to 1 625 tsnd cube meters. This is results were achieved due to the induction of reverse water-supply on oil refining equipment ЭЛОУ - AT -2. These measurements provide for wonderful opportunity to put an end to the removals of waste water onto the sewage farms.
