Moody ICL Certifications Ltd. (India)

Moody ICL Certifications Ltd. (MICLCL) is considered by many as a leading certifying body in the region.  Based in Panchkula (Haryana), the primary focus of MICLCL’s service covers both product and system certification services. 

This past year was noteworthy for MICLCL, adding over 1000 clients to their roster, with certification of major corporations including Transped Logistics - Bangalore, Flight Inspection Unit Airport Authority of India - Delhi, Shiv Ganga Express - Kanpur (U.P), Railtel Corporation of India, and Coach Rehabilitation Workshop - Bhopal.   In addition, Diesel Locomotive Shed, Vatva, and Electric Loco Shed – Vadodara, were all certified for environmental management.

Some of the more significant clients in the "CE" (Conformité Européene) Marking division for MICLCL included Thermax Boiler - Pune, TTK Healthcare Product - Chennai, Oriental Engineering - Haryana, and Shri Pacetronics - Indore.  In the service sector, MICLCL also certified some major educational and financial institutions.  The Bombay Stock Exchange once again utilized MICLCL to obtain their re-certification for continuous and consistent services in the field of quality.

MICLCL has the distinction of certifying over 1000 branches of various leading Banking institutes across India.  Some significant clients include Union Bank of India (UBI), Bank of Baroda, Canara Bank, Dena Bank, and ICICI Bank.

In 2006, MICLCL received a considerable contract from Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) to certify over one thousand retail petroleum outlets in the India regions of Punjab & Uttar Pradesh. MICLCL’s training division also had a successful year in 2006 providing a very large number of lead auditor courses and being awarded some extensive training contracts.

Another example of a sizeable contract received by MICL, was that from Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) - Government of India Enterprise, for staff training in their Northern Zone (India) retail outlets.  The scope of services to be provided by MICLCL include customer focused classroom and practical training of twelve thousand (12,000) employees over an 800 day period. In addition, 1200 half-day on-site training sessions at Club HP Retail Outlets will be provided.

MICLCL activities and the scope of their services continue to develop and intensify in 2007 and they are well prepared and looking forward to continued successes in the coming years.
