MOODY INTERNATIONAL ACQUIRES EIKOS SERVICES

Moody International is pleased to announce that it has acquired 100% of the equity of EIKOS Services Ltd, a UK based pan-European inspection and Personnel Staffing & Outsourcing (PSO) Company. EIKOS Services was founded in 1999 by Frédéric Leforestier, who has now joined the Moody International Board as Regional Director for Africa and Group Marketing Director.  Frederic will also oversee Moody’s Account Management initiative.

EIKOS services, with a projected revenue of $15m in 2007, has grown tremendously in the last years and now has a client base of familiar names, such as Bechtel, Technip, Acergy, SBM Offshore, Fluor, Total and many others. Though primarily European focused, EIKOS does perform work beyond Europe. Based in Canterbury, UK, EIKOS has a large coordination center handling all of their work worldwide.

EIKOS expands Moody’s European operation and adds two large client contracts to its ever-growing portfolio as well as increases Moody’s database of technical specialists.
